In order for us to follow a thorough placement
process, it is highly recommended that ICC receives an application
at least one
(1) month before your arrival date. |

If ICC receives your information less than a month before your
arrival date, there will be an extra $100.00 charge for
rush service. (ICC will not process applications
if received two (2) weeks or less before arrival date.) |

Once you know your flight information, please inform ICC as
soon as possible. |
|
ICC will charge an extra $100.00 for any arrivals on Saturdays,
Sundays, U.S. Holidays, before 9:30 AM and after 5:00 PM
on weekdays. Please keep this in mind when making travel
arrangements. |

ICC will inform you of your homestay information by email
one month to two weeks prior to your arrival. |
|
If ICC has received your application less than one month but
more than two weeks before arrival, you may not be informed
of your homestay information until three days prior to
your arrival date. |
|
Airport pick-up is available for a service fee of $50.00(Plan
A). If arriving on Saturday, Sunday, or US Holidays or
before 9:30AM or after 5PM Monday through Friday, $100.00
is added (Plan A, B). |
